It all started when…a word from bill maner
I was a child growing up in Brazil. My parents were missionaries to Brazil for nearly 25 years and in this time, I experienced so much. This experience was used by God to shape and mold me as I have progressed through life.
I always thought I would be a medical doctor in order to do medical missions, but God had different plans. Not by my design, but I ended up in education as a teacher, coach, and administrator—and I have enjoyed this path. God has used the last 20 years to shape and mold me in the field of Christian education. In all of this time, God has also allowed me to be involved in international projects (short term mission trips, almost 2 years in El Salvador, athletics, etc.) and continue to be a part of Latin America to Africa. Due to my upbringing, I have always enjoyed being in different cultures and experiencing them. This continues to this day.
I have been blessed with a great supportive family who have been a part of this endeavor as God leads us. Currently, I am the head of school at Mt. Salus Christian School. God has blessed us here and it is a place where I continue to learn and grow as an administrator with a board that supports me and wants the Gospel to be proclaimed. With that, I believe God is leading me to use my experiences for ministry purposes nationally and on the international front. Whether using athletics, such as basketball as a tool, or education. In all of this, we want to use the tools God has given us to bring Him glory. It is important that in all these endeavors that the Gospel message is central and that God is glorified.
As we move in this direction, Active Impact International is going to need consistent prayer and financial support to operate.

Pray for the partnerships with schools and churches and that the Gospel will be focal and shared, leading students, players, and families to Christ.
Pray that all projects and partnerships will produce fruit that bring Glory to God.
